College Visit and Apple Picking

This weekend I went and visited Bob Jones University and I was actually really nice. I didnt think that I would enjoy it but I like it alot and made lots of new friends there. We went to like 6 soccer games and ate out with people we know and talked and it was like a mini vacation. We went apple picking and thru a bamboo forest and just acted crazy, but I had so much fun and cant wait till I go to college where ever the Lord wants me. Sry i havent been keeping up with my blog. I have been really busy this school year already. Our volleyballl team is doing great and Im loving every moment of it. I have such a great time at my new school and I also had my senior pics done so here are some of them. Yall will get some in the mail pretty soon well when we send them! :) Love You guys!!!

GREAT BOOKS

So i found these books a while ago and she is my favorite author ever. Her name is Robin Jones Gunn she writes a lot of teen books. For example the Christy Miller Series and Sierra Jensen Collection, there great book and have read them over and over again. It just tells about the lives and the troubles they go through in their lives and relates to most teenagers and also has some really good advice in the book! :) I just got these new books by Melody Carlson. The first one is called "Bad Connection." They are very suspenseful books and was up until 1:30 the other night reading it. She has these dreams and she wakes up and hears about the horrible accident in her dreams on the news. It is a little, but I know stuff like that never happens so thats why I feel like I can read it because I know it is just a novel. Overall it is a great book so far and I dont want to put it down. I wish I could bring it to work because sometimes the kids are doing things by themselves and it gives me some free time. Im just scared when they ask me to come and play I wont want to put down the book lol!! ;) Have a GREAT night.

2 Day Update

So the past couple of days have been good yesterday was lawn day. I mowed the front lawn and my dad cut down branches and I had to pull them to the edge of the street. It was kind of fun in a way. I enjoy doing outdoor work and I also got a nice tan because I was working in my bathing suit lol. After that we went to the pool and stayed there for a short time because a thunderstorm came through. It was a pretty busy day. This morning we went to church and then we stayed for a dinner, because some people in our church are moving to PA. Their leaving on Wednesday and I'm going to miss them so much. They had 3 girls and they were so precious and sweet. I really did love them alot. I m hoping to see them when I go up to PA next summer. So I have something to look forward to next summer. Well were just relaxing the rest of the day so yeah theirs my day. Everyone have a great rest of their Sunday.

4 More Weeks

Yesterday was the worst day ever the kids that I babysit full time fought over every little thing. I have only 4 more weeks until Im done with my job. Today was a whole lot better though and I think that is becasue the older boy went over to his friends house all day. That gave me and the little girl time to play and do something fun. They have this thing at the movie theaters, they play older movies for free and popcorn and soda is only a dollar. So today we went to see Charlottes Web, they showed the newer version and I had never seen that so it was new for me. The little girl liked it alot and so Im pretty sure that we will go and see some more of those older movies. We were suppose to go swimming today but it was thundering and lightening all day long so it was a good thing that the movie was showing today or I would have gone crazy. Pray for me 2mrw because it is going to be raining with thunderstorms and I will have both of the kids. Well I dont have much to say because I havent done that much. Talk to all later

Sunday Fun

Today was a great day. It was so nice to be back in church with all our old friends. Its is also sad because one of your members are moving to Pittsburgh, PA. I will miss them alot, but they said I can come up and spend a week with them when I go up and see my family next summer so I have that to look froward too. It is also sad because I have to go back to work 2mrw lol. i love my job but vacation is so nice. After church today my brother and I went to the pool to hang out with some neighbors and that was loads of fun. The water is so nice and it was not to cold and not to hott. I guess I should take some pictures at the pool and post them, but its hard because Im usually watching a 5 year old and an 3 year old and I love them to death even though they can have their moments. Their like my other little brothers they call me their sister once in a while and they always want hugs and kisses haha :) Their mom is fantastic she calls me her daughter sometimes and she is like my second mom. She always looks out for me and scolds me in a playing way. Well thats one reason why I dont want to go to college far a way, because I will miss them alot and my parents and brother. I also want to be closer to my family though like my aunt and uncles and grandparents. I dont know wut I want to do yet or even where i want to go to college, guess I better get thinking. Our 2 Week Vacation

Well our 2 week vacation was very exciting and fun. We took tuns of pictures too. We went to Boston and I love walking around in the city and seeing all the famous buildings. We went on this freedom trail tour around downtown Boston and that was so much fun except for the walking and it was so hott. After Boston we drove and took a ferry to Nova Scotia and the scenery was amazing. We went to a seafood resturant and I ate lobster for the first time and it was really good. Then we went to Groton, Conn. We visited my moms side of the family there and that was really fun and then that same night we went out to the beach and my brother and I climbed on the rocks and it was so much fun. Then we went to this nature center and the had these trails out in the woods and took some pictures and walked we spent about 3 hours there it was jsut so quite and everything seemed so perfect. Then we visited my dads brother and went to Mystic Seaport and the was loads of fun. Emily was my only cousin for a while but now there is another girl that is 2 weeks old. I love hangin with Emily because she is like a little sister to me and she is the only other girl cousin until 2 weeks ago. After that we headed back to Boston to catch our plane home this trip was really awesome and I was so happy to see my Aunt, Uncle and cousins. The pictures that go with this I will update 2mrw.
